Does it work without internet?

Yes — MG Jobs is offline-first. The desktop app keeps working with no connection at all, and syncs automatically the moment you're back online.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, at rest, per subscriber.

Can I get my data out if I ever leave?

Yes — the app has a one-click export that hands you every job, customer, invoice, and setting as plain, readable files. No MG Jobs and no internet required to open them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans: yes, any time, right from your account page — no call or email needed. Annual and Lifetime are a one-time charge, so there's no subscription to cancel; contact us for anything else.

Can I switch tiers later?

Starter → Pro is self-serve any time from your account page. Moving to Enterprise, or back down a tier, goes through us directly — contact us.
